Submitting a quote request does not confirm an appointment or create a binding service agreement. Condo, Ready. reviews each request before recommending a session, custom quote, or next step.

Service scope

Condo, Ready. provides move-in coordination and condo readiness support. Specific work, timing, pricing, and any exclusions are confirmed before a booking is finalized.

Pricing

Website pricing describes standard Move-In Ready Session options. Larger, scope-uncertain, or non-standard requests may require a custom quote.

Availability

Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed directly by Condo, Ready.

Uploaded materials

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos or notes you submit are appropriate to share for quote review purposes.
